By using CasinoBot, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the bot immediately.

1. Usage Requirements

  • CasinoBot is intended for users 13 years or older.
  • Users must comply with Discord's Terms of Service.
  • Misuse or violations may result in access restrictions.

2. Data Collection and Privacy

CasinoBot collects data necessary for its operation, including user ID, server ID, and economy-related data. All collected information is securely stored and used only for the bot's functionality. CasinoBot does not share or sell personal data. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

3. Payment System, Subscriptions, and Battle Passes

  • CasinoBot offers optional premium features through CasinoBot Premium and Battle Passes.
  • Both Premium and Battle Passes work with automatic recurring payments, with the cost and billing cycle clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
  • By completing a payment, the user accepts full responsibility for the associated charges.
  • No refunds are provided for processed payments, including renewals.
  • Users may cancel their subscription or pass at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing period.
  • CasinoBot is not responsible if the user fails to cancel before the automatic renewal date.
  • Payments are processed via third-party platforms; CasinoBot does not store financial data.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

  • Abusing or exploiting bot commands in any way.
  • Attempting to hack, decompile, or reverse-engineer CasinoBot.
  • Using the bot for illegal, spam, or malicious purposes.

5. Liability

CasinoBot and its developers are not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues arising from using the bot, including lost virtual credits. Users are fully responsible for their actions.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of CasinoBot implies acceptance of the latest version.

7. Termination

Violating these terms may lead to permanent restriction without prior notice. The developers may remove or limit CasinoBot at any time.
